There once was a crazy man named Jessy…

who decided to set up two friends which became messy.

On opposite sides of the world they were…

but very quickly he fell in love with her.

We literally met on FaceTime unwillingly (on Jessy’s phone). Shortly after, we decided to start talking just as friends. It didn’t take long to realize that God was up to something bigger than both of us.

Within a few months we both knew this was the beginning of the rest of our lives. David was in medical school in London and tried to get to the states a couple of times to no avail. He was wanting to propose, but was already on a visa to the UK.

A few months after the last attempt, Tatiana, along with her mom and dad, flew to India to meet David and his family. It was there that they became engaged through a very elaborate Indian ceremony. Most of David’s family was able to attend and meet Tatiana and her parents. It was an incredible celebration of love and family.

The process of getting a K-1 Visa began shortly after returning to the states from India. David went back to London to finish school and Tatiana came home and began the long grueling visa process.

They have waited over a year, but they are looking forward to beginning their lives together in October of 2025.
